Returns and Refunds

Overview

My refund and returns policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you have received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging or similar packaging to ensure no damage to the artwork.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within normally 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

As these are one of a kind, original works of art, there are no exchanges.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact ed@artbyedjk.com for the mailing address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
